Stefano Colli-Lanzi
CEO of Gi Group
Born in Milan in 1964, Stefano Colli-Lanzi is graduated
summa cum laude in Business Economics
at the Bocconi University of Milan.
He worked as consultant for over 10 years for
Arca Merchant at first and then for Bersani & Vitale
- a long and significant working experience
in which he developed his interest, respect and
passion for the company system.
While working as a consultant, he also gained teaching
experience lecturing at the University of Castellanza
LIUC in Business Economics and at Bocconi
University in the Business Strategy department.
In 1998 he launches his entrepreneurial project
setting up, with two other partners, Générale Industrielle
Italy, now Gi Group, of which he is the
majority shareholder and Ceo.
Since then he has been following closely the
growth and diversification of the activities of the
Group, which is now the first Italian labour multinational
and one of the world’s leading companies
providing services for the development of
the employment market.
Stefano Colli Lanzi is also Business Economics
Professor at the Cattolica University of Milan and
holds the position of Vice President of Assolavoro,
the confederation of the job agencies operating
in Italy.
Married with 5 children, three of whom are foster
children, he is fond of sports, music and cooking. |

Antonio Bonardo
Public Affairs Director
Born in 1967, Bonardo graduated in Business
Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan.
After over 16 years working in various national
and multinational HR companies, in June 2007
he joined Gi Group, where he holds the position
of Director of Gi Research Operations, the Gi
Group business unit specializing in middle management
search & selection in all areas of business.
Since January 2010 he is Gi Group Public
Affairs Director. |

Barbara Cottini
Human Resources Director
Born in Varese, graduated in Philosophy at the
Cattolica University of Milan, after three years of
experience in the Human Resources field, in 1998
she moves on to the temporary staffing sector and
in 2002 joins Worknet (Fiat Group) as Organization
Development and Training Manager. In
2005 she becomes Human Resources Manager
for Générale Industrielle and for all the companies
of the Group. Since 2006 she holds the position
of Human Resources Manager for Gi Group. |

Pietro Ghizzoni
Administration, Finance and Control Director
Born in 1962, graduated in Business Economics
at the Bocconi University of Milan, he
entered Gi Group in May 2007 coming from management
consulting where, as Vice President,
he was in charge of several projects in the finance
processes and organization areas. |

Fabio Mazzoleni
Credit Manager
Born in 1959, he worked as commercial manager
in some sports-related companies.
He joined Gi Group in 2001 and today he is
Credit Manager of the Group. |

Alessandro Nodari
Marketing and Communication Director
Born in 1974, graduated in Business Economics
at the Bocconi University of Milan. After working
as product Manager, in 2004 he joined WorkNet
as Marketing and Business Analyst. Gi Group’s
Marketing Manager since 2006, he is in charge
of the communication and marketing activities of
all the companies in the Group. |

Emmanuel Peretti
Gi Group Business Director
Born in Paris in 1969, graduated in International
Business Adminsitration at the EPSCI - ESSEC
Group, in 2000 he was appointed Générale Industrielle’s
Commercial Manager. In May 2005,
after the Group’s establishment, he became
Générale Industrielle’s Division Manager and
since January 2008 he holds the position of Gi
Group Business Manager. |

Stefano Tomasi
International Corporate Managing Director
Born in 1965, with past experiences as employment
consultant, he joined the Group as Area Manager and later Sales Manager in WorkNet.
In May 2005 he became Director of the WorkNet
division and since January 2008 he is Business
Director of Gi Group Corporate. |

Davide Toso
Corporate Business Legal Director
Born in 1963, after an experience as Contract
Manager, he has been in Générale Industrielle
since 2000 as Business Manager. Today he is
the Head of Legal Affairs of the whole Group. |

Luca Valsecchi
Gi Group Academy Director
Born in 1969, he joined Gi Group in June 2007
as Business Development Manager. Since January
2010 he has been Head of Strategic Marketing
Development and Gi Group Academy Director. |

From 1960 to 1970 Administrative and Commercial Manager in Calzaturificio
Verbano; from 1971 to 1988 Sole Director of Teknex Italiana Srl, business
trading, buying and consultancy company; from 1989 to 2003 Training
Consultant before and Business and Educational Manager later for the
School and Job Consortium of Milan; in 2003 as Senior Consultant he
took the lead of G´eacute;nérale Industrielle, where he has
been yet in 2001, improving continuously the services quality. |

Luca Carollo
Managing Director of Gi Professional Services
Born in Vicenza in 1965, was an entrepreneur and director of diverse companies operating in the area of
logistical services of facility management and distribution. In 1998, he was cofounder of Gi Group and
became part of the CDA up to 2006, the year in which Gi Professional Services was established, for
which he is Managing Director.

Cetti Galante
General Manager INTOO Italia
Born in Milan in 1963, since June 2011 is the General Manager of INTOO.
Graduated in Law followed by an MBA has extensive managerial experience acquired in Nielsen Company Italia, a market
leader in the business information sector where he held operational and managerial roles both internationally and locally. |

Stefano Lalatta Costerbosa
Managing Director Gi Restart
Born in Milan in 1959, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in scientific discipline followed by an MBA.
He is married and has two children. He has worked at Italian and foreign multi-nationals (Fiat, Nestlè Mars,
Seat Pagine Gialle) with positions first in the Marketing and Communications area and later in the area
of Human Resources. He has performed consulting activities at APSOR Management Consulting in the area of Development
and Training and later in Andersen Consulting in the area of the Change Management. In 2003, he established Integra
Soluzioni Manageriali, a company that provides outsourcing management services for HR Management and Industrial
relationships for Organization and the management of business crises. He has international certification as Executive Coach.

Sergio Monsorno
Managing Director C2C
Born in 1967, married with five children. Graduated at Bocconi is in Gi Group since January 2011.
He grew up professionally in the Esselunga group, as buyer and category manager, and was director of ESD,
which has led the start-up; for Lombardini was Purchasing Manager holding company and a member of the Technical Committee
of Intermedia 1990. He has experience on issues of trade marketing, category management and the retailing mix. |

Maurizio Andrea Orena
CEO of Gi HR Services
Married width two daughters, after his studies he started his professional career in the ICT Directions of some important companies such as Fininvest Servizi and La Rinascente.
After these early years within companies, Orena gained his seniority through experiences in Italy and abroad, in consulting and System Integration.
He spent more than fifteen years leading programs for industrial shake-out and re-launch, both within Delivery Structures and Commercial Directions, managing always strategic clients.

Luca Temellini
CEO of EXS
Luca Temellini is the new CEO of EXS from the beginning of February 2010. He entered Gi Group within MPS Italia in February 2008. He has thirty years experience in Executive Search within Italian and international companies. He worked, previously, as HR Manager in Fiat Group in Turin, his birth city in 1947. |

Maurizio Uboldi
Gi International Director
Graduated at the Bocconi University, London Business School Mba Iep1985-86.
Since 1990 Businessman and Manager in various countries among which
China and East Europe. Co-founder of Cronos Spa (Temporary Job) in
1997, part of board of directors from 1999 to 2002. Since January 2007
working in Gi International on international development projects. |

Mario Vavassori
CEO of OD&M
With a great experience in the managing consultancy, in 1994 he the
founded OD&M, wage benchmark market leader company. He cooperates with
Job 24 by “Il Sole 24 ore”, and he is Business Management
Professor at the Politecnico University of Milan and at Mip, the Politecnico
school of management. |
