Gi International is the company of Gi Group
with the task of developing the group’s operations beyond national
boundaries.
The expansion is done through acquisitions or through the opening of
new societies according to market opportunities.
The internationalisation process began in January 2007 with the acquisition
of the German agency Gi Mumme and continued, two months later, with the
entry in the Polish market acquiring Gi Worker.
Gi Group is also present in China and Hong Kong, where two joint ventures
with companies operating in the fields of research and selection of personnel
and temporary employment have been concluded, in Brazil, with the acquisition
of S&L Recursos Humanos, group composed of three companies operating
in the sectors of search and selection, temporary employment and promotional
marketing, in France, with its own branches, India, Spain and Romania.
Gi Group continues its growth process in South America, launching its presence in Argentina with permanent placement and temporary staffing activities.
C2C began. Gi Group enters the UK market with the purchase of Right4Staff.
